Abstract
This evaluative projects utilised an innovative a framework "CARA" which can be utilised to ensure effective integration of populations into decision making and service design. An integral part of this development included exploring the experiences of individuals seeking asylum and refugees by focusing on the challenges they have experienced in accessing health care.
