The Operational Research Society of India (ORSI) Karnataka (modified name to ORSI-Bangalore Chapter), Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore and the Analytics Society of India (ASI), DCAL IIM, Bangalore are happy to announce the JOINT EVENT: 56th Annual Convention of ORSI (2023-ORSI) and 10th International Conference on Business Analytics and Intelligence (2023-ICBAI), scheduled during December 18-20, 2023 at J.N. Tata Auditorium, IISc, Bangalore 560012.

The aim of the JOINT EVENT: 2023-ORSI & 2023-ICBAI is to create a leading platform and facilitate knowledge sharing for distinguished practitioners, academicians and researchers from industry and academia on current utilities of Operations Research (OR), Business Analytics (BA), and Business Intelligence (BI). With this objective, we invite industry professionals and academics to submit abstract/paper for presenting their work/research in the fields of OR, Decision Science, Engineering Science, Management, BA and BI.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

– Extended abstract (about 1000 words) should be submitted through email: 2023icbai@gmail.com or 2023orsi@gmail.com
– Abstracts must include a clear indication of the purpose of study, sources of data, methodology, major results, implications and key references
– Submission must be in MS-Word format
– All submissions will be reviewed and accepted abstracts will be communicated
– Full paper submission is mandatory for (i) considering best-paper competition and (ii) inclusion in the proceedings. Otherwise it is an Optional

Proceedings
– All accepted and interested full length papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer (to be confirmed)

– A soft copy of the Awarded Thesis should be submitted, on/or before 15th July 2023
– Awarded Thesis, during the year 2021 and 2022, related to Optimization only considered
– Author of the Sort listed 3 Thesis will be called for presentation for final selection.
– No Registration fee for authors related to the 3 sort listed thesis.
– All the three days authors should participate in the JOINT EVENT: 2023-ORSI and 2023-ICBAI
