– Papers should be in English.
– Regular papers should be up to 10 pages in length.
– Short papers should be up to 6 pages in length.
– Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
– Papers must be formatted using the SPRINGER Author’s Kit.

The accepted and reviewed papers of the 7th ICO 2023 will be published in the LNNS Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (

The proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: SCOPUS, SCImago, Google Scholar, ISI Proceedings (CPCI), Ei Compendex, CrossRef, Web of Science,
