Administrative Details
• Because our registration fee paymentsare only updated up to May 24, the following are requested to (for those who have paid):send to me by email or bring their proof of payment, or (for those who have requested to pay onsite) their payments: Amaya, Midla, Tabatabei, Veiga, Yusri, Kuzmina, Garvey and Hussain.
• The Workshop starts at 8:30, with registration starting at 800 a.m. Everyone is encouraged to be at the site by 800 a.m.
• Upload your presentation materials in the laptop to be used for the presentations. Make sure to bring your thumb drives. If you are bringing your laptops and plan to use it for your presentation, make sure you try whether this will work without delay with the set up in the Workshop room.
• Throughout the activity, it is imperative that we stick to the time schedule so that we will finish everything.
• Each speaker will be notified of the time through 3 signs given at 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and 0 minutes remaining of the allotted time. Each speaker is given 25 minutes and each reactor, 5. Five minutes is reserved for comments from the other members of the audience.
• Full copies of the paper in CDs will be available in your conference kit. Please bring with you hard copies of papers should you need them. If you have your laptops, you can refer to the documents from your saved files, or through the ICORD link sinceas we will be given access to the University’s wireless network.
• All materials, food and the cocktails on the last day are covered in your registration fee.
