The Operations Analytics department of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (the Netherlands) invites applications for a fully-funded four-year PhD position in Operations Research on “Optimizing Evacuation Decisions under Infrastructure Uncertainty”:

We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher with a strong interest in optimization. The position will involve the development of novel reformulation and algorithmic methods for stochastic, distributionally robust, and mixed-integer nonlinear optimization problems.

The Industrial Engineering Department of the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (UTFSM or USM, for short) is seeking to hire a full-time Academic who will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Operations Management, Economics and Finance, Strategic Management and Market Research, Business Analytics, Technology Management, and other related areas of Industrial Engineering (Position Code VI26-08).
